| Question: Is it a good idea to have kiosk products manufactured in China? |

Answer: Of course! Apple, Inc. manufacturers their iPods, iPhones, and Mini Macs in China. Intel buys their Intel-branded motherboards in China. Microsoft's Xbox 360 is made in China. Dell and HP have their products made in China. Motorola makes their cell phones in China. The list goes on and on. Why China? Very large talent pool, proximity to most electronics OEMs, and extremely low overhead costs. (All Trademarks are property of their owners.) |

| Question: How do I do business with KioskTerminals? |
| |
Answer: We will work with you to develop specifications for your kiosks: the enclosure, the colors and finish, the components, the quantity of units, and any special requirements. This information is submitted to KT headquarters for costing of the kiosks and shipping.
HQ will generate a quotation for your review and approval. If acceptable, you will wire transfer a 65% deposit to KT Headquarters and production will commence.
You may want to have a prototype made and shipped by air-freight to test with your software.
When the kiosks are ready to ship, you will transfer the balance due, and the kiosks will be shipped to your location.

| Question: How fast can I get a large order? |

Answer: A typical large order will take 4-5 weeks to produce, then 4-5 weeks to transport via container ship, pass through customs, and be trucked to your door. If you prefer fast shipping, air-freight will take 4-5 days to arrive. |
